These two soon realized that this pool had a "no lifeguard on duty" policy...so there they sat pitifully longing for a nice cool dip in the poolI called this kid's backyard recreation somewhat "ingenious". The property manager I was with during our morning property walk called it "redneck"....A favorite tree...the hickory has a great trunk and bark pattern

Ducks in the pool = Bad! The only thing that scares off the mallards when they land in our pool, is a camera! Sending our two yapping dogs or me waving my arms around wildly…nothing. I walk out there and try to take their picture. Poof. They’re history!
