Is it the facade’s simplicity that has gives Cordell Hall it’s (Georgian) architectural appeal? Or perhaps it is the athletic dormitory’s storied campus history (built in 1938)…but then maybe it was it’s prime real estate location being next to the football stadium that converted bedrooms into offices some 30 years ago.
This style of architecture ages very gracefully, doesn’t it? And you’re right, timeless design + good location = $$$
