So what if I missed the Big 12 Championship game last night, I was enjoying my company’s Christmas party and while there, too busy being confused with TV trivia being MC’d by our throwback 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s DJ (oh the agony of correctly stating the color of the Dukes of Hazard’s car when I was supposed to be guessing that of Starsky & Hutch’s – and loss of a randomly selected gift card on top of it!). Game day lawnchairs

As a spectator I huddled in the corner of the athletic director’s conference room trying to note the many on-going playbook conversations while enduring a debatable presentation from a peer today for the landscaping of the new UNT football stadium. This post will not talk of the presentation because of my professional courtesy to her, but one active conversation did raise the cross bar in my mind.
