See how I am? I latch onto a musician and won’t let ’em go, especially one that “strikes a chord”. I found Jon Schmidt on a random YouTube search and he has become an enjoyable listen ever sense.

And this one is just fun. He teams up with his cello buddy Stephen Sharp Nelson to make this “big grin” arrangement. I’m not sure whether it’s the talent that grabs me or maybe to life-long love of the sounds of piano and orchestra strings, but whatever the attraction it is a cup-of-fresh-ground-coffee, close-your-eyes, tap-your-foot, lean-back-in-your-chair, bobalong song.
