So…several of you have expressed your preferences and I’m pleased to say POW (Picture Of the Week) will continue it’s email distribution. But I will most likely post to the blog as well. Thanks for your input.
10/10/2010: My backyard – it’s that time of year for butterfly migration (or flutter-by if you prefer)
Thanks to attentiveness of Zoey the Princess Scottie, I may not have noticed the brown butterfly sunning on my tan bricks
10/12/2010: Caron job site with Matt A, Princeton ( Collin County ) Texas
Who can ID the flora and fauna?
8/28/2010: Sunrise near Buffalo, Texas on IH45
Mornings like this make a pre-dawn road trip to Houston seem a bit shorter
10/12/2010: Sneeze-maker at our Caron job site with Matt A, Princeton ( Collin County ) Texas
“Can’t we all just get along?” Apparently so…and they didn’t even come after me!
9/16/2010: Early morning sky over Lewisville Lake (2 minutes from home)
We all should look up every now and then…the sky might truly be the limit.
10/11/2010: Sunset over Lewisville Lake (2 minutes from home)
OK, I profess: I’m loving this shot – sunrises, sunsets, fogs, and snowfalls over Lewisville Lake are favorite photo opps for me. I was actually talking to my Dad on a cell phone (hands free of course) and made mention to him what a wonderful sunset we had going on…not sure whether I told him I was taking this picture while talking to him, while driving across the Lake Bridge, while doing 60mph (speed limit of course), while changing lanes to exit.
God writes a lot of comedy… the trouble is, he’s stuck with so many bad actors who don’t know how to play funny. – Garrison Keillor
