Did I mention I bought concert tickets yesterday? A next-Saturday special performance at the University of North Texas Murchison Performing Arts Center, in the Winspear Performance Hall will benefit the Attic Community Playground. That’s the swanky place for all the fine music performed at UNT and by their world renowned music college…wonder what I should wear? I’ve never been to that/those performance places and it’s maybe 13 years old and only 10 minutes up the road. WUWT?

Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland will perform a solo act (what can and will she do without Christian Bush and the band?). Jack Ingram will open the show. Did I mention I have all of Sugarland’s music on my iPod?

According to Jambase.com: “Proceeds from the show will go to the Ponder High School Band and Choir Program in Ponder, Texas, and the music program at The Museum School of Avondale Estates, Georgia—a suburb of Nettles’s adopted hometown of Atlanta. 2008 ACM Best New Male
Vocalist (and native Texan) Jack Ingram will open the show, which Nettles promises “should be a night of banter, music and, of course, fun for a good cause.”
