Who knew? Today is/was Chocolate Mint Day…it just has to be a day celebrated by all, at the very least by those amongst us with a burgeoning waistline and having at least three dental appointments already scheduled in advance this year (that would be so like me in it’s description).

In so discovering this glorious holiday, I’m saddened to find out I’ve already missed four candy holidays. Oh the agony of it all!

I’m checking back often with the The National Confectioners Association for the yet-to-come 30 candy holidays this year. Yup…you heard me right. I said CANDY holidays.  Close the banks, close the Post Office kind of holidays. Yeah!

I can’t help but get all jiggly about April 22…it’s National Jelly Bean Day for crying out loud. Jelly Bellies of the world…unite and eat!
