So help me here. What would be the designer's inspiration to do crazy-goofy in carpet patterns? Why do "they" do this? I tried "lame" patterns on a school art patio (of all places) and the architect thought I had clean-snapped my twig. I would one day like to meet this designer (or any hotel conference center carpet designer for that matter)...just to ask if the creative process involved the smoking of cigarettes without any writing on them.
