Nearly every morning I follow the same routine (which annoys me to no end - I can't believe I fall for it either). It was this morning I stood up from my usual sit-spot on the couch and simply said (to myself and the pups), "Oh my. Maybe this is why I don't sleep much…" The book is really enjoyable, the coffee cup is an ancient favorite, the other stimulus instruments I could pitch to the way side without too much on a second thought…
Nearly every morning I follow the same routine (which annoys me to no end – I can’t believe I fall into that either). Same time every morning (without an alarm clock I might add) I rise and shine. However, it was this morning , after about 90 minutes of routine, when I stood up from my usual sit-spot on the couch, looked to the end table, discovered this pile of creative mess, and simply said (to myself and the hounds), “Oh my. Maybe this is why I don’t sleep much…” BTW, the book is good, the coffee cup is an ancient favorite as broken as it may be, and the other stimulus instruments I could pitch to the way side without too much of a second though (I at least talk a good game)
Of the two morning routines I seem to have, can you guess which one is more fun? And for whom?
