I love to walk around playground areas and see the simple, creative art from kids at play….Only to have the enjoyment of creative expression ruined by the likes of one…well…self-described #&%hole. OK, now where was the sidewalk guy that was supposed to guard against this kind of mischief while the concrete hardened?
